Tucker's Dental Ordeal

As I posted before, Tucker has some dental "issues."

 

This month, he had to have some (major) dental work done.

 

3 crowns.

6 cavities.

1 root canal.

Ya, know.

 

Gulmp.

 

Pre-Procedure

 

He had to be put under IV sedation, but all in all the entire experience went better than I expected.

He took the sedation well...and, let's just say he was off his little rocker.

 

 

 

Coming out of it...

 

 

And, then he was like this for a good couple of hours.

 

He stared at me- maybe blinking twice- the entire ride home.

 

LOL

 

This is what I got when I requested a smile:

 

Totally natural.

And, some of the new bling.

So cheap.

Oh wait.

 

 

 

 

Wouldn't you know that in the middle of moving and life chaos, his front tooth filling (that was worked on) chipped right out of his mouth not even 2 days after he had it fixed?!?!

Gah!!!

 

Anyway, it landed us BACK at the dentist, and this time for some oral sedation that was well worth the trip for entertainment sake.

 

Here's Tucker in the waiting room, minutes after his special drink.

 

 

 

*yeah, he thought he was standing.

Drunk as a skunk.

 

Anyway, he enjoyed some glorious gas combined with that special sauce, and took the repair like a champ.

 

Sucking it in...just like his daddy.

 

 

Let's all pray the dental work is done for a LONG while!!
